One of the most critical parts of a hydrofoil is the connection between mast and fuselage. A challenge all designers face is how to create a system that is as streamlined as possible, but which also is strong enough to remain rigid when utilizing large wingspan designs.
In the foiling world there is one system that has become synonymous with its performance. A system that has been often copied, but never imitated. It made sense for the Cabrinha team to go straight to the source and the Union system was created.
Licensed from the original Mikeslab system, the Union is the not only the blend of two companies, but also the critical junction between rider and the ocean.
